1. Who we are

Pallas Media LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. This website is intended for visitors in the United States. We are the party responsible for the personal information described here.

2. What we collect

When you use our contact form, you choose to give us:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your company (optional); and
  • the contents of your message.

Our contact form is handled by a third-party form service, Web3Forms, which delivers your submission to a private inbox we control. To help prevent spam and abuse, that service and our website host, Cloudflare Pages, may automatically record limited technical information such as an IP address, browser type, and the date and time of a submission. We do not ask for and request that you not send us sensitive information (for example, government ID numbers, health information, or payment card details) through this form.

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit only to:

  • respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it;
  • provide information about our services when you ask for it;
  • keep reasonable business records of our correspondence; and
  • protect the security and integrity of the website and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the website and handle inquiries — currently our form service, Web3Forms, and our website host, Cloudflare Pages — who may process the information only to provide those services to us.
  • Legal reasons. When we reasonably believe it is required to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business changes. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect the information consistent with this policy.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics to track you. We load a web font from a third-party font service to display the site, which may involve a routine request to that service. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the information you send only as long as we reasonably need it to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records, and then we delete or archive it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Section 8).

7. How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive, and we rely on reputable service providers to do the same. No website or method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form.

8. Your choices and rights

You can always choose not to submit the form, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.

Virginia’s Consumer Data Protection Act generally applies only to larger businesses, and a business of our size may not be covered by it. Even so, we will honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete the limited information you have sent us, where we are able to do so and subject to any records we must keep by law. To make a request, use the contact method in Section 11. We will not discriminate against you for making one.

9. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.

11. How to contact us

For any privacy question or request, please reach us through the contact form on our website. We do not publish a direct email address, but messages sent through the form reach us privately, and we will respond to privacy requests as promptly as we reasonably can.
